The 2023 Pokémon World Championships Yokohama Deck: Pikachu features the Pikachu ex that was originally released in the ex Starter Set Pikachu ex & Pawmot deck with alternative special illustration artwork depicting Pikachu battling against a Koraidon and Miraidon in a tournament embossed with a 2023 Pokémon World Championships stamp.

The deck also includes an aluminum deck tin, a yellow Pikachu Pokémon World Championships 2023 coin, 64 Pokémon World Championships-themed card sleeves, and a sheet of cardboard damage and status markers.
